He has gained in depth knowledge of Toyota Production System while working with Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. He has been instrumental in establishing related TPS activities: systems such as: 5S, Kaizen & Creative Suggestion System in various automotive part supplier companies. He has the required competency to carry our Health & Safety inspection of any workplace and identify any uncontrolled hazards and unsafe practices, identify their consequences, carry out risk assessment and suggest control measures for the identified hazards.
